IMB-M45H is an industrial motherboard in ATX form factor. The LGA1151 socket takes Intel Core i9, i7, i5 and i3, Pentium and Celeron processors of the 8th and 9th generation, while the H310 chipset governs the on-board peripherals.
DDR4 memory runs in dual channel up to 64 GB and networking is entrusted to two separate 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet controllers, a useful condition when field traffic is kept apart from factory traffic. The ATX form factor allows enclosure, power supply and cabling already in service to be reused, so a board change weighs little on the existing line.
