Design and development

Risk is managed at the design stage: FMECA and RAMS analyses, configuration and obsolescence management accompany every development, from requirement to validation.
Integration and testing

Assemblies and wiring follow the IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 standards; every system passes functional testing and electrical safety checks, with ESS stress testing where required.
Validation and qualification

Qualification is proven in the test chamber: our in-house laboratory runs EMI/EMC tests and environmental cycles to military, avionic, railway and naval standards.
Delivery and customs
AEO status · Since September 2021
The AEO status certifies the robustness of our processes to the Customs Authority and streamlines import and export: fewer inspections, shorter waits, more punctual deliveries.
