Express-BD74 is a PICMG COM.0 Rev 3.0 Type 7 Computer-on-Module in the 125 mm x 95 mm Basic form factor: CPU, memory and lanes sit on the module, application I/O on the carrier. You use it where network and PCIe density are required on a market standard rather than on a custom board.
Its distinguishing feature is the pair of 10GBASE-KR interfaces with NC-SI support, managed by the Intel 10G controller integrated in the SoC, alongside the SEMA Board Controller for voltage and current monitoring, watchdog timer and fan control. Supported operating systems: Windows and Linux.
Configurations: Express-BD74-D1559 with Xeon D1559 at 1.6/2.1 GHz and 18 MB cache, Express-BD74-D1539 with Xeon D1539 at 1.6/2.2 GHz and 12 MB; processor options also include Xeon D1577 1.3/2.1 GHz 24 MB and Xeon D1548 2.0/2.6 GHz 12 MB.
