cExpress-AR is a CPU module in the 95 x 95 mm Compact form factor. It puts a 7nm APU based on the Zen 2 architecture on your carrier, with the SODIMM sockets on the module rather than on the carrier board. It suits applications that need x86 compute and graphics in a small footprint.
Two aspects set it apart. I/O: up to 16 PCIe Gen3 lanes, with the x8 bus configurable as 1 x8 or 2 x4. TDP: 10-25W on V2718 and V2516, 35-54W on V2748 and V2546, so you choose the thermal budget instead of having it imposed.
Available configurations: cExpress-AR-V2748 (8 cores, up to 4.25 GHz), cExpress-AR-V2718 (8 cores, up to 4.15 GHz), cExpress-AR-V2546 (6 cores, up to 3.95 GHz) and cExpress-AR-V2516 (6 cores, up to 3.95 GHz).
