Express-CF is a COM Express Type 6 Basic CPU module with 8th gen Coffee Lake Xeon or Core processors and up to 48 GB DDR4. ECC is available with the Xeon E-2176M and CM246 chipset. The module supports up to three independent displays, provides PCIe x16 Gen3 for discrete graphics, accepts an 8.5–20 V input and includes SEMA board management with watchdog. Operating temperature is 0~60 °C.
