APCI-1564-5V5 V variant with open collector outputs for a PCI slot

Inputs and outputs work at 5 V level: the board addresses the cases where the computer has to interface board-level electronics rather than field sensors. Optical isolation towards the field side stays rated 1000 V.
The open collector outputs accept an external supply from 5 to 12 V and deliver up to 50 mA per channel, with current limited to 400 mA every eight channels through PTC. Saturation voltage is 1.6 V.
