APCI-1500PCI board with 16 opto-isolated digital inputs and timers

The inputs follow the common-ground logic laid down by IEC 1131-2 and stay separate from the bus through opto-couplers. The comparison logic works in AND or in OR and can raise interrupts on combinations of states.
Three programmable timers and a watchdog complete the board; the watchdog covers times from 10 µs to 37 s. The outputs are protected by a self-resetting fuse.
