COM-HPC-MMTL is a CPU module compliant with PICMG COM-HPC Rev 1.2 mini Type, 95 × 70 mm, for projects where the application logic lives on the carrier and the module provides compute and I/O.
Intel Xe graphics reaches 8 Xe-cores and handles four simultaneous display combinations with output up to 4× 4K60Hz; expansion counts up to 16 PCIe Gen4 lanes, with optional SATA3.0 and two MIPI-CSI on an onboard FFC connector.
Catalogue configurations: COM-HPC-mMTL-155H-64G and COM-HPC-mMTL-155H-32G with Core Ultra 7 155H, COM-HPC-mMTL-125U-64G and COM-HPC-mMTL-125U-16G with Core Ultra 5 125U, COM-HPC-mMTL-125H-16G with Core Ultra 5 125H. For thermal dissipation, the HTS-mMTL-B heatspreader and the THSF-mMTL-B heatsink with fan are available.
