COM-HPC-ALTCOM-HPC Server Size E CPU module with Ampere Altra Arm

COM-HPC-ALT is a CPU module in PICMG COM-HPC Rev 1.0 Server Type format, Size E (200 mm x 160 mm), intended for carrier boards of edge servers, telecom equipment and data processing nodes where consolidation on Arm cores matters, not x86 compatibility.
The module is CCIX capable for heterogeneous applications (on a project basis) and integrates a Module Management Controller that monitors voltages and currents and manages the power-on sequence, AT/ATX mode and watchdog timer. Standard OS support covers Yocto Hardknott Linux 64-bit, Ubuntu Server for ARM 20.04.3 LTS and CentOS 8 Stream.
Available with Ampere Altra M128-26 (128 cores, 2.6 GHz, 190 W TDP), M96-28 (96 cores, 2.8 GHz, 190 W TDP), Q64-22 (64 cores, 2.2 GHz, 95 W TDP) or Q32-17 (32 cores, 1.7 GHz, 65 W TDP).
