COM-HPC-MPTLCOM-HPC Mini Computer-on-Module with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 (Panther Lake)

COM-HPC-MPTL is a CPU module compliant with PICMG COM-HPC Rev 1.3 mini Type, built on the Intel Panther Lake platform with Core Ultra processors up to 16 cores. It mounts on a project carrier, where the computing fits into a few square centimetres and the I/O is decided by the baseboard, not by the module.
The LPDDR5x memory is soldered and runs up to 8533 MT/s; expansion reaches 16 PCIe lanes, eight of them Gen5, while USB4 with DP Alt Mode drives up to 4 independent displays. Standard variants cover 0~60 °C, industrial ones −40~85 °C on selected SKUs.
Available configurations: COM-HPC-mPTL-358H-32G with Intel Core Ultra X7 358H and 32 GB LPDDR5, COM-HPC-mPTL-325-16G with Intel Core Ultra 5 325 and 16 GB LPDDR5. Accessories: HTS-mPTL-B heatspreader and THSF-mPTL-B heatsink with fan.
