COM-HPC-cRLS is a CPU module compliant with PICMG COM-HPC Rev 1.1 Client Type in Size C format, 160×120 mm, to be paired with an application carrier. The 65 W Raptor Lake-S processors and standard support for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC and 64-bit Linux based on the Yocto project place it in industrial x86 embedded platforms.
It is distinguished by the hybrid architecture combining Performance-cores and Efficient-cores and by the four SODIMM sockets, two on the top side and two on the bottom side: memory and thread density on the module, not on the carrier. Intel UHD 770 graphics drives independent and simultaneous display combinations up to 4x 4K60.
Available with i9-13900E, i7-13700E, i5-13500E or i3-13100E; the catalogue lists COM-HPC-cRLS-i9-13900E (R680E chipset) and COM-HPC-cRLS-i7-13700E (R670E chipset), both with 4 SO-DIMM.
