MBD-X14SBI-TF-B is a single-socket server board in 12.3" x 10.5" (31.24 cm x 26.67 cm) ATX format, with LGA4710 socket for Intel Xeon 6700/6500 with P-core or Xeon 6700 with E-core. It fits standard ATX chassis for compute and storage nodes.
There are two M.2 slots, PCIe 5.0 x2 in M-key 22110 format, alongside four SATA storage connectors; PCIe 5.0 slot number 6 and the JNVME3-6 connectors are enabled with specific CPUs. Registered DDR5 memory reaches 512 GB.
The BIOS is AMI 64MB UEFI: for Intel Xeon 6700/6500 processors with P-core, version 1.2 or higher is required.
