XMC-7K410CC-LF is a mezzanine module with a reprogrammable Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA, intended for processing and custom I/O on host boards in rugged embedded systems.
The link to the host board is made on a 114-pin male connector (Samtec ASP-103614-05 or equivalent), according to the XMC specification for the PCI Express bus. Conduction cooling allows use in closed enclosures and the declared operating range runs from -40 to 70 °C.
