XMC-7K410AX-LFXMC module with configurable Kintex-7 FPGA and AXM I/O support
XMC-7K410AX-LF is an XMC mezzanine module with a reprogrammable Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA, used as a processing engine and I/O interface on host boards in embedded, test and defense applications.
Support for AXM modules allows the application I/O to be defined without replacing the host board, while the DDR3 memory alongside the FPGA supports the processing of continuous data streams. The declared operating range runs from -40 to 70 °C.
