The AP225 generates analog voltages to drive up to 16 devices and mounts on AcroPack carriers, in an extended mini PCIe format of 70 x 30 mm. It is designed for COTS applications in defense, automation, aerospace and scientific and development laboratories.
Each channel has its own D/A converter: no glitches caused by the sample and hold re-acquisition typical of multiplexed boards. Waveforms are output continuously from onboard memory without host intervention, while a DMA controller handles data streaming from host memory. With a carrier hosting two AP modules you get up to 32 voltage outputs from a single rack slot.
Available configuration: AP225-16E-LF, 16 voltage outputs with 12-bit DAC and waveform generation. The AP-CC-01 conduction-cooled kit is available as an option.
