cExpress-TL is a PICMG COM.0 Rev 3.0 Type 6 Computer-on-Module in Compact 95 mm x 95 mm form factor, intended for mounting on custom carriers in industrial embedded systems where the application design stays on the baseboard, not on the module.
The Tiger Lake UP3 SoC brings on board AI inference with VNNI and Iris Xe graphics on the Core i7 and i5 variants, while expansion pairs the PCIe Gen3 links with one PCIe x4 Gen4 lane. The Intel i225 LAN controller enables TSN on the IT versions, on Linux and on a project basis.
