CEXPRESS-MTL-125HCOM Express Type 6 Compact Computer-on-Module with Intel Core Ultra 5 125H

CEXPRESS-MTL-125H is a COM Express Compact module compliant with PICMG COM.0 Rev 3.1 Type 6: the computing logic sits on the module, the application I/O on the carrier you design yourself. Standard software support covers Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021, Yocto Linux 64-bit, Ubuntu 24.04 and VxWorks 64-bit.
What sets it apart is the NPU of the Meteor Lake platform, 11pTOPS/8.2eTOPS dedicated to inference: AI acceleration stays on the SoC and does not consume the carrier's PCIe lanes. The two DDR5 SO-DIMMs work in-band ECC or non-ECC, so you can choose between data integrity and cost. As a build option, 2x USB4 take the place of DDI 1/2.
