cExpress-RLP is a 95 mm x 95 mm COM Express Compact module compliant with PICMG COM.0 Rev 3.1 Type 6: the system logic sits on the module, the application I/O on the carrier. A Raptor Lake platform for industrial and mission-critical embedded equipment, where the carrier stays in production and the module is upgraded.
Memory is soldered, not on SO-DIMM: no connector to qualify against shock and vibration, with IBECC as a build option on selected SKUs. The PCIe x8 Gen4 link on lanes 16-23 is available on the 45W SKUs, while Intel AVX-512 VNNI and Intel DL Boost cover inference on the module. Supported operating systems: Windows 10 IoT, Windows 11 IoT, Linux and VxWorks.
Available with the cExpress-RLP-i7-13800HRE-32GB, cExpress-RLP-i3-13300HRE-16G, cExpress-RLP-i3-1320PRE-16G and cExpress-RLP-i7-1365URE-16G configurations.
