APCI-2200PCI board with digital inputs and relay outputs

The opto-isolated inputs accept a nominal voltage between 12 and 24 V DC, with a signal delay of 70 µs; isolation towards the field side is rated 1000 V.
Having digital inputs and relay contacts on the same board avoids taking two slots when the application has to both read states and drive loads on separate circuits. EMC is verified to DIN EN IEC 61326-1.
