APCe8670PCIe carrier for one PMC module with rear LVDS I/O

The board makes a PMC module available inside an industrial PC with a PCI Express slot: the link towards the host passes through an onboard PCIe/PCI bridge and the module keeps its conformance to the CMC/PMC specification.
At the rear an MD68 connector collects the differential I/O coming from the P4 connector of the module, so the signals leave from the bottom of the system without passing through the front panel. The fan can be removed when the installation has to take a single slot.
