APC484PCI counting board with six 32-bit RS422 counters

APC484 brings to the PCI bus the counting and timing functions that machines call for: quadrature position measurement, event counting, frequency, period and pulse width measurement, waveform generation.
The internal time base is programmable up to 20 MHz and an external clock can be applied per counter up to 8 MHz. The inputs are TTL compatible, with pull-up resistors towards 5 V.
