AMC521AMC acquisition module with sixteen 250 MSPS ADC channels
AMC521 brings sixteen TI ADS42JB69 conversion channels at 16 bits and 250 MSPS on a double full-size module, with the data reaching the Virtex-7 FPGA over a JESD204B interface and analog inputs on SSMC connectors.
The clock chain uses a jitter cleaner with a dual PLL and states 88 fs of RMS jitter, while 24 LVDS lines stay available for clock, trigger and general purpose I/O. Draw runs from 25 to 50 W according to the application and storage temperature runs from -40 to 85 °C.
