MicroTCA Blades & Modules (MTCA.0)
AMC231AMC module with four 10GbE ports on SFP+
AMC231 is an AdvancedMC module conforming to AMC.0 and AMC.1 that brings four ten gigabit interfaces on SFP+ cages into an AdvancedTCA or MicroTCA shelf.
The link towards the carrier is second generation PCIe, with an x4 or x8 link. The controller handles TCP segmentation, jumbo frames, VLAN and L3 filters and IPsec offload; the front LEDs report activity and module state.
