AMC21914-port managed Layer 2 switch in AMC.2 format
AMC219 is an AdvancedMC module conforming to AMC.2 that builds a managed layer 2 Ethernet switch into an AdvancedTCA or MicroTCA shelf.
The front ports work at 10/100 Mbit/s, while the ports routed towards the backplane work at 1000 Mbit/s. The switch supports IEEE 802.1Q VLANs and jumbo frames; the module is independent of the operating system and management follows IPMI.
