MBD-X12DPi-NT6 è una scheda madre server in formato E-ATX con due socket per processori Intel Xeon Scalable di 3ª generazione, fino a 40 core e con TDP fino a 270 W. Rispetto alla variante con rete Gigabit, qui le due porte Ethernet lavorano a 10G: la differenza pesa quando i nodi scambiano dataset interi e non solo comandi.
Il chipset C621A gestisce memoria DDR4 ECC su 16 slot DIMM, affiancata da Intel Optane PMem. La gestione remota passa dal BMC ASPEED AST2600 con porta di rete dedicata, mentre lo stoccaggio è ammesso da -40 a 70 °C.
