XMC730EExtended temperature multifunction XMC module with front I/O

XMC730E is a multifunction XMC mezzanine module: it joins analog-to-digital conversion, analog outputs, digital I/O and counter/timer on a single board, for measurement benches and compact control systems.
This version adds the extended temperature range while keeping the front termination of the application I/O. The counter/timer is 32 bit and the design is declared for the VITA 47 OS1 class on shock and V1 on vibration.
