MicroTCA Blades & Modules (MTCA.0)
AMC635AMC carrier module with built-in ARM Cortex-R4 processor
AMC635 is a carrier module for MicroTCA shelves: it hosts the storage function and, together with it, a dedicated processor that keeps track of the topology of the links between the slots.
This is the part that tells a carrier from a passive module, because topology handling stays onboard and does not weigh on the shelf controller. The module states conformance to the AMC.0 profile, drivers for Linux, VxWorks and Windows and supervision through IPMI 2.0. The certifications provided for are CE, FCC and UL, with a storage range from -40 to 85 °C.
