AMC627 is an AMC storage board for MicroTCA shelves, where the memory medium stays inside the system and under the supervision of the manager.
What sets it apart is direct access to the controller: the front micro USB port exposes the UART interface of the host controller, useful in commissioning and in diagnosis without having to reach the module from the backplane. Conformance to the AMC.1 profile settles the hook to the chassis, the certifications provided for are CE, FCC and UL and the storage range runs from -40 to 85 °C.
