MicroTCA Blades & Modules (MTCA.0)
AMC601Low-draw AMC storage module
AMC601 is an AMC board that places mass storage inside the MicroTCA chassis: the disk becomes a shelf resource, powered and supervised like the other modules fitted in the slots.
The low draw is the trait that weighs in the choice, because it leaves power headroom for the processing AMCs present in the same chassis. Management passes through IPMI 2.0, with front LEDs dedicated to state and activity; the certifications provided for are CE, FCC and UL and the stated storage range runs from -40 to 90 °C.
