AMC530AMC FPGA carrier with Altera EP4S100Gx devices
AMC530 is a full-height FPGA carrier built on Altera EP4S100Gx devices, with the protocol towards the backplane decided by the firmware among PCIe, SRIO and a dual XAUI port.
A QorIQ P2020 processor at 1.2 GHz sits beside the programmable logic for board handling and can be ordered with 4 GB of memory, while the front SFP+ transceivers cover links in copper or in fiber. Stated draw is 35 W and depends on the size of the FPGA; storage temperature runs from -40 to 90 °C.
At a glance
- Memory: 0 = None; 1 = 4GB; 2 = 8GB GB
- Board function: FPGA
- Architecture standard: AMC.1
- Power consumption: 35 W
