AMC527CAMC FPGA carrier for FMC in the wedgelock version

AMC527C is the ruggedized version of the carrier for FMC boards: in place of the extraction handle it fits wedgelocks for mechanical locking in the shelf, with ruggedization levels agreed to the MicroTCA.2 and MicroTCA.3 specifications.
The electronics stay those of the standard version, with a quad QDR-II+ bank of 576 Mb, 1 GB of DDR3 and a single FMC slot; AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.4 conformance is decided by the firmware loaded. Storage temperature runs from -40 to 85 °C and the reference operating system is Linux.
