AMC239 is an AdvancedMC module conforming to AMC.1 that brings twelve copper Gigabit Ethernet interfaces into an AdvancedTCA or MicroTCA shelf, keeping the front footprint down thanks to the multiple MRJ-21 connectors.
The link towards the carrier is second generation PCIe, on four or eight lanes according to the option chosen. The module carries out checksum offload, TCP segmentation and RSS; the front LEDs report activity, link and the state of the PCIe lanes.
