AMC236AMC.1 module with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports on SFP
AMC236 is an AdvancedMC module conforming to AMC.1 that brings eight Gigabit Ethernet interfaces into an AdvancedTCA or MicroTCA shelf, in copper or in fiber according to the transceiver chosen.
Towards the carrier the module uses a second generation PCIe link, on four or eight lanes. Checksum offload, TCP segmentation and RSS are supported, and the front LEDs report activity, link and the state of the PCIe lanes; the operating systems recognized are Linux, Windows, Solaris and VxWorks.
