AMC230 brings 40 Gbps full duplex on an AMC.1 module for MicroTCA shelves, with two QSFP+ ports on the front panel and a link to the host through PCIe Gen3 on four or eight lanes.
On the functional side the module handles jumbo frames up to 15.5 KB, TCP segmentation offload up to 256 KB, IPv6 support for IP and TCP and AES ciphering to the IEEE 802.1AE LinkSec specification. Storage temperature runs from -40 to 85 °C and software support covers Linux, VxWorks and Windows.
