AMC214 is an AdvancedMC module conforming to AMC.2 that makes ports 0 and 1 of the backplane available on the front panel as two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces on SFP cages.
The transceiver is chosen at order time: RJ-45 copper, LC fiber with SX or LX optics, or no transceiver at all. The module is independent of the operating system, management passes through IPMI and the front panel comes in mid or full height.
