UTC017 is the intelligent power module of a MicroTCA chassis: it powers up to twelve AMC modules, two MCHs and the cooling units, in double module full-size format according to AMC.0.
The declared output is 500 W, that is 42 A at 12 V, with very low ripple; the input accepts universal mains from 85 to 265 V at 47-63 Hz. Management complies with IPMI 2.0 and HPM.1, with dual hot-swappable 256K flash for redundancy and RS-232 access from the front panel.
