MicroTCA Blades & Modules (MTCA.4)
AMC520MTCA.4 AMC module with ten ADC channels and Virtex-6 FPGA
AMC520 is an acquisition module in double width AMC form factor compliant with µTCA.4, for instrumentation, experimental physics and radio applications that need several synchronous high-dynamic channels.
Conversion runs on ten channels with 16-bit resolution, with an internal clock or an external one from the RTM, the backplane or the front panel, and a trigger configurable in software. Towards the backplane the module exposes dual x4 or x8 PCIe and GbE; the front panel carries two SFP+ ports up to 6.6 Gbps.
