PCI-7841 is a CAN interface board for computers with a PCI bus, used to link an industrial PC to on-board machine or vehicle networks based on the CAN bus, from test benches to automation cells.
The two ports are isolated with a stated voltage of 2500 Vrms and each carries a 120 Ohm terminator already fitted. Beside generic CAN, the standard DeviceNet rates of 125, 250 and 500 Kbps are supported.
