CM1-BT1 is a single board computer in 90 x 96 mm format built around a 5 W Intel Atom SoC, with AMI EFI BIOS and CMOS backup on 8 MB SPI. It plugs into existing PC/104 stacks: instrumentation, machine control and refresh of equipment already wired on the ISA bus.
What sets it apart is the Extreme Rugged qualification, verified with HALT on thermal stress, vibration stress, thermal shock and combined testing, in addition to the IEC 60068-2-64, IEC-60068-2-27 and MIL-STD-202F tests. On board, the SEMA controller handles voltage and current monitoring, power sequencing, watchdog timer, fan control and dual BIOS failsafe: diagnostics on the board, not delegated to the application.
Two configurations: CM1-BT1-E3815, with heat spreader and 0~60 °C operating temperature, and CM1-BT1-E3815/ETT, with screening for −40~85 °C.
