M3T3000-QNMXM Type B graphics module with NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000, Turing architecture
- Manufacturer

M3T3000-QN is a graphics module that plugs into the carrier board of the host system and brings the NVIDIA Turing TU106 architecture inside the embedded design: industrial visualization, medical imaging, inspection machines where graphics computing sits in the chassis, not in an external workstation.
The distinguishing axis is the memory subsystem: GDDR6 at 14 Gbps on a 192-bit interface, for 336 GB/s of bandwidth, with PCI Express 3.0 host connection and support for Windows 10 64-bit and Linux 64-bit. The module measures 82.0 x 105.0 mm, weighs 65 g and is qualified to 2.4 Grms vibration, 5~500 Hz.
Two configurations in the catalogue: M3T3000-QN, operating temperature 0 °C to +55 °C, and M3T3000-QN-H, available from −40 °C to +70 °C.
