
M3A1000-PPMXM Type A graphics module with NVIDIA RTX A1000 GPU, Ampere architecture
M3A1000-PP is a graphics mezzanine module that brings the NVIDIA RTX A1000 GPU into embedded systems on a carrier board: the system board stays the same, acceleration is added on the MXM slot, in 82.0 x 70.0 mm at 0.037 kg.
The distinguishing axis is the Ampere architecture in place of Turing, with more recent generation RT cores and Tensor cores, and the PCIe Gen 4 bus that transfers data faster than a Gen 3. The GDDR6 memory works on a 128-bit interface up to 224 GB/sec; display support reaches 4 displays and 7680 x 4320, under Windows 10/11 64-bit.
Available configurations: M3A1000-PPA-A1 and M3A1000-PPW-A1 at 60 W, M3A1000-PPA-A2 and M3A1000-PPW-A2 at 35 W; the A codes cover 0 °C~+55 °C, the W codes −40 °C~+85 °C.
