M3A4500-WP is an MXM Graphics Module Version 3.1 Type B measuring 82.0 x 105.0 mm and weighing 0.0616 kg: it brings the GPU inside the embedded system as a mezzanine, not as an add-in card. Drivers and support for Windows 10/11 64-bit and Linux 64-bit, with a conformal coating service offered by Aetina for rugged applications.

The defining axis is memory bandwidth: a 256-bit bus with GDDR6 at 16 Gbps, for 512 GB/s in the 115 and 125 W configurations. CE and FCC certifications, storage from −40 to +85 °C, humidity 90 % @ 40 °C non-condensing, vibration 2.4 Grms @ 5~500 Hz.

Available as M3A4500-WPA-A1 (Gen 4.0 x16, 125 W), M3A4500-WPA-A2 (Gen 4.0 x16, 115 W), M3A4500-WPA-A3 (Gen 3.0 x16, 80 W) and M3A4500-WPG-A3 (Gen 3.0 x16, 80 W, −40 to +70 °C).
