Mezzanine Modules

M3A500-PPMXM Type A mezzanine module with NVIDIA RTX A500 Embedded GPU, Ampere architecture

Manufacturer

M3A500-PP is a mezzanine module in MXM Graphics Module format version 3.1, Type A, designed for embedded systems that delegate graphics and inference to a replaceable GPU mounted on a carrier board. It works in MS-Hybrid Mode, with no display outputs on the module, and supports Windows 10/11 64-bit.

The difference is made by the Ampere architecture, not Turing: next-generation RT cores and Tensor cores, and sequential data transfer over PCIe Gen 4 instead of Gen 3. Declared peak FP32 performance is 6.54 TFLOPS in the 35 W version and 7.28 TFLOPS in the 45 W one.

Four configurations in the catalogue: M3A500-PPA-A1 (45 W, 0 to +55 °C), M3A500-PPW-A1 (45 W, −40 to +85 °C), M3A500-PPA-A2 (35 W, 0 to +55 °C), M3A500-PPW-A2 (35 W, −40 to +85 °C).
