IPS-2042TX is a lightly managed industrial Ethernet switch that combines Fast Ethernet copper ports, PoE power and fiber optic uplinks, intended for field networks and plants in harsh environments.
PoE on 4 ports with a total budget of 61.6 W powers remote devices directly over the data cable. EMC immunity covers the IEC 61000-4 tests for ESD, RS, EFT, Surge, CS and PFMF, while ring redundancy with a recovery of 10 ms supports the O-Ring, O-Chain, Open-Ring and RSTP protocols.
