IDS-312L brings serial equipment onto the network — instruments, meters, PLCs — inside electrical cabinets and field enclosures, where the electronics work without air conditioning.
The RS-232/422/485 port reaches 921.6 kbps and the two 10/100 Base-T(X) ports let a second unit be daisy-chained without a dedicated switch. The −40 to 70 °C range, storage up to 85 °C and an MTBF of 1,479,078 hours describe the continuous-duty profile; immunity covers the IEC 61000-4 series and emissions EN 55032, the reference for cabinets with drives on board.
