
IC-FEP-VPX3f3U VPX FPGA board with AMD Kintex UltraScale
IC-FEP-VPX3f pairs the main FPGA with an AMD Artix-7 (xc7a35t) control node and a PIC microcontroller for system management compliant with VITA 46.11.
Memory works in DDR4-2133 mode with a 2133MB/s FPGA bus interface; for bitstream storage there are two 128 MBytes QSPI flash devices, plus a third 128 MBytes QSPI reserved for user data.
The P2B connector in VITA 66.5 standard houses a LightConex LC 150G optical engine; the FMC+ site provides 80 differential pairs and 6 reference clocks, while 28 GPIO from the FPGA are routed to P2, usable single-ended or as differential pairs.
