
VT8571U MicroTCA chassis with FPGA and dual XAUI per slot
VT857 brings processing inside the chassis: the programmable logic is integrated in the system and works on the streams that the AMC modules pour onto the backplane, without requiring a dedicated board.
The backplane is sized accordingly, with two XAUI interfaces routed towards every AMC position: it is the condition that makes simultaneous acquisitions from several modules sustainable. The operating temperature range runs from 0 to 55 °C and storage from -40 to 90 °C; the declared profiles are AMC.0, AMC.1 and AMC.2 and the certifications CE, FCC and UL.
