TPMC542 is a mezzanine module in PMC form factor for analog/digital I/O. The PMC site of the carrier board supplies bus and power; the field signals go through an MDR connector, and therefore through a single cable towards the outside.
Cooling is by air, with a declared operating temperature of -40~85 °C: a window compatible with industrial panels and cabinets without climate control.
The family is available in 8 or 16 channel versions; the configurations also differ in weight and declared MTBF, for instance TPMC542-10R.
