
G507CompactPCI Serial expansion board with two SATA drives
G507 is a peripheral board in 3U 4HP form factor compliant with the CompactPCI Serial PICMG CPCI-S.0 specification, meant to add storage capacity to an already installed system.
The two bays take 2.5 inch SATA drives according to revision 3 of the standard and the link towards the backplane is a third generation PCI Express connection. Cooling is by forced convection, with airflow depending on the drives fitted, and the declared protection degree is IP20.
