G211FCompactPCI Serial board with four 1000BASE-SX optical channels
G211F is a CompactPCI Serial peripheral board compliant with the PICMG CPCI-S.0 specification, that brings four independent optical Ethernet channels on cages for SFP transceivers.
The Ethernet controller is an Intel server chipset and the link towards the backplane is a PCI Express connection. Every interface reaches one gigabit per second even with all channels active at the same time, and the front LEDs report link and activity; drivers are available for Linux and Windows.
